Hello! I’m Laura, and I’m proud to be part of the citizenM team where I get to hunt for one-of-a-kind talent and help them grow! Working closely with our Operations and L&D teams, I lead casting days, immersive onboarding experiences, and ongoing trainings that set the stage for success. My mission? To build a supportive, fun, and innovative environment where our hotel teams can shine and deliver those unforgettable guest experiences citizenM is known for.
