In my role, I help find and onboard new talent for citizenM through our unique and pretty epic Immersion program. We match with people who are experts at being kind and teach them the rest! 

Once they are a part of citizenM, I help our superstar Ambassadors with growth and upskilling. Helping them carve out their unique experiences within our brand!

I was born in Mexico City and lived in Mexico until I was eight. After which I bounced around a few cities in the United States before landing in New York City! I was hired to be an Ambassador at our New York Bowery Hotel and found a passion for our cocktail program! I even got to develop a great cocktail for our rooftop bar!

During the pandemic, citizenM offered me a chance to open a new hotel in Washington, DC. I jumped on the opportunity and my willingness to travel took me to our Seattle and not long after, our Downtown LA property. In LA I transitioned into an Assistant Manager Role, learning about leadership and how to better deal with people. This love of people got me to the Talent Manager role I love today!
