Bojan Pavicic

I grow teams and people and I love building a digital world and solutions using agile ways of working in teams. My main drive is to build and solve problems and my main focus is always on people. 

In citizenM, I am responsible for several teams in the Technology department. As the part of senior managers group in technology reporting to the CIO, I am working daily with teams and initiatives dedicated to our business and shared services domains. These teams are building our products like the website and mobile apps, or integrating and building inside of financial, HR, legal, and procurement systems.

We are kind group of people that offers great guest experiences in our hotels. We do this with deep digital technology but we think of the guest first.

I started my career in Serbia and moved to the Netherlands. While changing countries I stayed close to my main passion for development and clouds. 

My whole professional life I have been in software and cloud development. I started as a developer and moved towards architecture and leading teams. I am still fascinated with world of digital technology and I strongly believe in and try to live and breathe MACH.

My focus is always on automation, machine learning, devops, and modern solutions and architectures.

Think about your motivation and what is the thing that makes you get up and gives you the energy to work and grow. In my opinion, motivation, and drive is what separates very successful people from others.
