What I do at citizenM
As Head of the HR Centre of Excellence, I play a role in driving data driven decision making, optimizing technology solutions, and ensuring excellence in our global core HR processes together with my team.
My mission is to harness the power of data, systems, and streamlined HR services to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding employee experience across Another Star.
In addition, I act as a strategic partner to managers, advising on best practices and supporting them in applying consistent and effective HR processes.
Who am I?
I started working in restaurants as a teenager, moved into hotels in my twenties, then left hospitality to build a career in HR. Eventually, I found my way back to the industry I love and have now been happily working for citizenM, now Another Star, for more than nine years.
