As a Talent Manager my main focus is on building and maintaining stable, high-performing teams across our hotels in the Netherlands and Copenhagen, sourcing exceptional talent who align with our company culture and values, while also supporting new team members through their onboarding journey.

Collaborating with hotel managers and our learning and development team to nurture talent growth and create opportunities for growth within our organization.

Originally hailing from Albania, I've called Greece home for most of my life. Following the completion of my studies in Drama and Theater in Greece, I ventured to the Netherlands in 2016—and I've been rooted here ever since.

My journey with citizenM started in 2017 as an Ambassador at the Rotterdam Hotel. Since then, I've developed a deep admiration for the company and our unique culture. Through this journey, I've discovered my passion for people, which created pathway for a rewarding career that allows me to connect with people daily.

At citizenM, we often say: "We can teach you how to make a coffee or shake cocktails, but we can't teach you how to be your true self."
