What I do at citizenM
In my role as Talent Manager, I support the acquisition and nurturing of talent within the hotels in Switzerland and Italy. I also provide training to operations teams to develop their role, and to grow in what they are passionate about.
Who am I?
Originally from Spain, but a citizen of the world, I started at citizenM 4 years ago as an Ambassador in Geneva, where I also had the pleasure of being Assistant Hotel Manager. Since 2023, and adding another growth step in the company, I joined the support team as Talent Manager, now based in the eternal city of Rome.
In my other life, I was a journalist for NGOs, and although I remember it as an amazing and very educational experience, I can't wait to see what the world of hospitality at citizenM will bring to me.
